Best Cycle: In the hills/mountains above Nice in Southern France.
Best Run: My 2.15h hill run in Wellington called Triple Peaks. It involves Wrights Hill, Makara Peak and Mt Johnston.
Best Swim: Dig Me Beach - Kona, Hawaii. Ironman World Championship swim, great water, coral, fish, turtles and even a free iced coffee at the 800m buoy.
Goals in Triathlon: Includes an Ironman race in every continent and eventually a sub 9 hour ironman.
Proudest Moment in Triathlon: Going sub 9.30h (9.22h)in my first Ironman.
Worst Moment in Triathlon: Doing my first ever brick session (I didn't finish) and turning up without eating that morning and the night before and trying a hard 120/12k in over 30 degrees and with one bottle of water. I am now a lot wiser.
Bravest Moment in Triathlon: Wearing speedos for the first time.
