Started Triathlon: Played around at triathlon years ago started again 2000ish after tipping the scales at 104kgs oneday !

Proudest moment in triathlon: Finishing in third at the New Zealand long age group champs at Tauranga 1/2 2003 after 5 years off and over wieght. Then carrying on and representing NZ in my age group at World Oylmpic distance champs.
Worst moment in triathlon: Not in triathlon but multisport after Kuarau Krusher tipping out of boat and swallowing contaminated Whanganui river water and getting camplybacta-5 days of fever and a very intense relationship with the toilet.
Favourite place to train: Taranaki
Goal in triathlon: Get to that zone where everything "clicks" and the day at the office was a breeze - Last time I achieved this was in 1983 when I was cycle racing.
